The Flip Side was brought up by Giuseppe Wadolowski, Kaylee Holder, and Judd Espejo on December 23, 2016. We all had met each other in college and thought it would would be best to put together a food truck with all of our best assets. We then planned to make  some of the best pancakes and waffles in America, while being on the road. We are now well-prepared and ready to go to our first festival!
